River&Sea Apartments are located 40 meters from the sea&beach, in beautiful Karin Bay - Zadar region. We have amazing views, clean and very warm sea and family-friendly beaches with natural shade.
Donji Karin is a small quiet vilage at the seafront surrounded with lush green pine forests and trekking, cycling and SUP paddleboarding possibilities for all ages and fitness levels.
APARTMENTS
Rent one of our fully equipped Family-Friendly Apartments for 2-6 persons with beautiful seaview and terrace/balcony with grill - or the entire apartment house. Fully equipped kitchens, cosy rooms with detailed interior design and full baby and children equipment. We also feature a romantic studio apartment for couples.
JACUZZI, GRILL and CHILDREN PLAYGROUND
Jacuzzi (whirpool) with seaview on the rooftop lounge terrace to relax and on a warm summer evening and even enjoy any windy or 'bad weather' day.
Grill with lush green shaded seating area is waiting for you the yard, where you can also enjoy table football while the children are playing in our playground equipped with a trampoline, slide, swings and a sandbox (Suitable for children 0-12 years old).
ACTIVITIES and SPORTS EQUIPMENT
We have SUP boards (paddleboard), bicycles and snorkeling equipment for our guests (free). We organise Marine exploration activities for adults and children - be an explorer for a day and have lots of fun!
We will be happy to help you explore this beautiful area on foot, bicycle or SUP paddleboard.
If you enjoy being active, fitness& yoga equipment, trekking poles, trekking backpack for babies (Deuter) are available.
PETS
We are dog-friendly acomodation: small dogs are welcome to all apartments, and large dogs in the Sea Apartment (private entrance and private fenced terrace). Service dogs of any size are welcome to all apartments

We are in walking distance from two beautiful karst rivers and caves and surrounded with many trekking and cycling paths, natural beaches and canyons. Cultural heritage, scenic views and nature - all expeditions start at your doorstep. This is a true, untouched Mediterranean.

River&Sea Apartments are a sustainable tourism facility. We aim to reduce our CO2 footprint by contributing part of our income into carbon offset programs and encourage environmentaly-friendly use of water and electricity, recycling and upcycling. We collaborate with local family farms. We will help our guests to explore, experience and protect the amazing natural and cultural landscapes which surrounds us. A/C is used while the guests are inside the apartment and set to a minimum of 26 C.
We organise beach cleans and rockpool activities, our guests are welcome to join!
Karin bay is a sheltered bay in the Adriatic Sea, surrounded with lush forests and national parks, still undiscovered by mass tourism. Two rivers run into Karin Sea, just a few hundred meters from River&Sea Apartments. Karin has a long family-friendly beach, which is a great point of entering the water in a kayak or on a paddleboard (SUP) - or starting your snorkeling adventure. The area is a part of NATURA 2000 protected landscapes because of its importance for overwintering birds and landscape value.
Karin Donji is small and peaceful vilage, but has all the facilities you will need on your holiday (bar, ice-cream place, groceries shop).
From Karin Donji you can easily reach Zadar town, Family amusement park Dalmaland in Biograd, Krka waterfalls national park and Šibenik town, or take a bat excursion to Kornati national park (starting from Biograd). Velebit mountain (1735) wih Paklenica National Park is 30 minutes drive, offering hiking and climbing oportunitis in amazing canyons. Vransko Lake Natural park, a birdwatcher and angler paradise is also 30 minutes by car, also offering an adrenaling park, horseback riding, electric boat and train tours.
